An alternate mode called Unique Sight, where it is a first person view from your Splodebot. The whole world is black and white, except the items/power-ups, other Splodebots, and weapons/projectiles.

How about power downs, just to be awkward?
The screen could be changed like in Malice’s post, but instead of just removing colours you could have movement sensetive vision (instead of light sensitive - you can only see things that are moving)

It’s easier to say Splodebot than to constantly be typing out Plain Sight Robot(s). Besides, I think El Mono was only the specific one in the office that Robin murdered.
