Hello, i’m trying to host a game and nobody finds it, so i tried to do what you suggested of port forward the router, but i went to the page, and as the ignorant i am, i didn’t understand, what do i have to do?

Okay, I’m going to try to guide you step by step.
First, just so you know, I will be helping you according to the portforward.com site.
Step 1: Look at your router. It is a physical object that should exist somewhere in your house, probably near one of the computers.
Once you find it, look for the model name - in mine it’s near a barcode, but it could be different in yours.
Once you find the model name, post here.

EDIT: changed but nobody got in, might be 3 things:
1. Didn’t work.
2. Nobody’s on.
3. My internet failed for a second while i was in.

Ye, that’s what i thought

Ye, that’s what i thought also, but i went to my firewall and made a new port on the exceptions pannel, of course, the exception was this port, and tried, nobody came in. Afterwards i simply deactivated the firewall, so there was no excuse, still nobody in. But it can be that nobody was there to play, or nobody likes me. xD
Anyway, i’ll just keep joining games till they’re none.
Well, talking about joining, sometimes it says “The host seems to be behind a firewall” or something like that, i guess it’s same problem.

Maybe it is the same problem. But it’s very likely that no one is around - personally I don’t get on at all, I’m just waiting for the next update that fixes host advantage completely and implements a new targetting system - then there will be no stopping this game!

As for the host advantage, we’re roughly half way through finishing the new networking code. I dont think it’ll make it into the current beta however we will be having another public version of the game prior to its final release - you’ll see a massive improvement then.
