i get that message when i try to launch from steam and it say try again another time later am i bugged or the server or the game is off?

well, im able to start my game so i guess your bugged, but are you able to start your game aswell? i mean, you might be able to start the game but u cant join a server?

i was able to start the game at first i played a couple of game earlier then tryed to click on leaderboard it made me crash since then i get that dam error message i even restarted my computer. thinking of redownloading the game -.-

Quick fix for this: Delete local content in Steam. Also, to be certain, delete your Plain Sight folder within your Steam directory after. Reinstall .....

do i have to delete my file in the c: directory of steam first or in my list tab cuz i tryed to delete it from my list tab and re download and it didnt work out

I try to delete my Plain Sight directory, and it says ‘Cannot delet 16862AE7: The Directory is not Empty.’ I’m running XP and having the same error here. What’s happening?

thanks, i had the same problem but didn’t go away, so right now i’m deleting the local files, unfortunatelly my computer is clart and won’t let me delete folders with stuff in them, and me being stupid and not finding another quicker, is deleting everything in them first….

And I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times and it doesn’t work.

dont really wanna dlete everything 1 by 1 tryed to really :( but been trying ot re install it 3 time within steam and it isnt working so i dont see any other issue

Well, it actually went to preparing to launch this time before telling me it wasn’t gong to work. But still not working.

On further examination, anything in the FBX folder seems to be undeletable. So the “fix” that the admin posted doesn’t actually seem to work… Also, the folder changescorebar is unable to be deleted.

so u mean we cant single delete everything? hmmm no fun hope they get this fixed just bought it and got to play like for 1 hour -.-

ok, have you tried closing steam, then deleting the PlainSight folder in the Steam directory ?

i basically did everything Robin but problem if i do in my C folder of steam in the steammaps where the game is it wont let me delete some folder so yea…. maybe those are the corrupt folder i dont know but i did restart my computer etc shutdown steam

oh and i was fine playing earlier then i got in the game saying i had to download the ptach for new version but problem is my version was 1.0.0.2 alrdy so maybe that is the bug that brought me that i dont know haha just supposing

I tried restarting steam, then uninstallin and deleting etc. That seemed to do the trick
